We offer a variety of jobs throughout the Richmond area. From general warehouse to administrative we will review your resume and discuss opportunities that match your skill set. We use a personal approach to sourcing employment and focus on the person behind the resume.

Candidate Source will work with you individually to design a resume and coach you on interview best practices.

Job assignments vary, but candidates are given realistic timelines when the assignments start. Candidate Source does not over-sell assignments and will never give you false hope.

Unfortunately, there are times that Candidate Source does not have a job available that fits our candidate’s employment goals. When this happens, we will work with you to optimize your resume and point you in the right direction so that you can accomplish your employment goals.

No, we offer in person and virtual interview options. If your position requires a drug screen those are conducted in person.

Candidate Source pays weekly (on Fridays) for all hours worked the previous week.
