Our team is serious about helping our candidates accomplish their employment goals. Our team will not place a candidate on a position unless it aligns with these goals. By approaching it with a candidate first mindset we are able to mitigate a lot of staff issues commonly associated with staffing firms.

Unfortunately, there are cases where mistakes are made and candidates do not work out. When this happens, Candidate Source will credit you. Below are some instances where this happens:
- Employee walks off the job and does not finish their shift
- Employee is sent home due to poor work performance
- Employee completes first day but the client does not want them to return. It was a bad fit
Our clients hire us to help them find employees who allow them to fulfill their business objectives. If we make a placement mistake, we don’t want you to be on the hook for that expense.

QUICK CONVERSIONS

We are big believers in finding our candidates long term homes. As a company, our mission is to fill our client’s openings by helping our candidates accomplish their job goals. When the stars align and both parties are happy we don’t want you to wait. If the candidate checks all the boxes we want to make the conversion process affordable and straightforward.

In the long run, turnover is inevitable with hourly staff members and we do not believe nickel and diming our clients for each placement is in the best interest of either party.

A quick example of our early conversion program – Our clients have the ability to convert staff after they work 240 hours with a $299 conversion fee. The fee decreases by $50 every 80 hours worked until 520 when there is no fee .
